Provide the destination, desired timing and an appropriate contact. Describe technical or documentation requirements clearly and ask for confirmed answers. Submit only information needed to review the enquiry through the public website form.

When a proposal arrives, check its version, date and line items. Report changes to quantity, packaging or destination before confirmation. Submitting an enquiry and receiving a reference do not by themselves constitute a firm order or payment.
